Atithy helps customers in Kerala book guest workers and helps workers complete onboarding through WhatsApp and the Atithy app. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how users can contact us.

- Contact information such as phone number and WhatsApp profile details.
- Customer booking details such as requested service, location, and support needs.
- Worker onboarding details such as name, language, gender, and work preferences.
- Location details shared by the worker for matching jobs in the selected area.
- Identity review documents or images submitted by the worker, where required for onboarding.
- Messages, button clicks, and referral details from ads or WhatsApp conversations.
- Technical logs needed to operate, secure, and debug the service.

We do not sell user personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate WhatsApp messaging, hosting, storage, analytics, booking support, and worker onboarding. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect worker information. No online service is completely secure, so workers should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information unless requested for booking, support, or onboarding.

Users can request access, correction, or deletion of their information by contacting us. Some information may be retained when needed for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.
