Data Deletion

Customers and workers can request deletion of personal information collected through Atithy booking and onboarding, subject to legal, safety, fraud-prevention, and operational retention needs.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to atithi4us@gmail.com with the subject line “Atithy Data Deletion Request”.

Include These Details

• Your full name used for booking or onboarding.
• Your WhatsApp phone number, including country code.
• The email or phone number where we can contact you about the request.

What Happens Next

We will review the request, verify that it relates to the correct worker record, and delete or anonymize eligible information. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, dispute, fraud-prevention, or platform integrity reasons.
