These terms apply to the Atithy website, app, WhatsApp onboarding flow, guest worker booking services, and related support. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and to provide accurate information.

Service Purpose

Atithy helps customers in Kerala book guest workers for practical household and service needs. The service also helps workers register interest, complete onboarding, submit required verification details, and receive work-related communication through WhatsApp and the Atithy app.

User Responsibilities

• Provide truthful booking, registration, and verification information.
• Use the service only for lawful booking, worker onboarding, and support.
• Do not submit false, misleading, abusive, or unauthorized content.
• Keep your phone and WhatsApp account secure.

Verification and Availability

Registration, booking, or document submission does not guarantee worker availability, approval, job placement, earnings, or continued access. Atithy may review, reject, pause, or remove bookings and onboarding records where information is incomplete, unclear, inaccurate, unsafe, or unlawful.

Data and Privacy

Information collected through the service is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Workers may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting support.

Changes

We may update these terms when the service changes. The latest version will be posted on this website.
